No arch support
I really wanted to love these. I ordered and waited for them Unfortunately they came in and while beautiful, you could drive a truck between the sole and my arch. I don't understand why the sole is so hard and has zero arch support. Super disappointed.

Great fit and texture, but toe looked too square.
This shoe has great texture and was a perfect fit! This might be personal aesthetic preference, but when I looked down at them, the toe area just looked too wide and square... almost blocky. Otherwise good shoe!

Great boot, delivery and packaging terrible
The boots themselves are really cute and comfortable. I would say I have pretty standard/leaning towards wide feet and they’re comfortable. My only complaint was how terrible the delivery was. The boots didn’t come in a box so they’re really creased and I haven’t been able to get that out. They literally came in a plastic bag inside of a plastic Nordstrom delivery bag. There were holes in the bag and it rained. Just really disappointed that the boots didn’t come in a proper box.

Super cute and great fit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are amazing! I was so pleased to see there was a wide option. I can never find boots to fit, but these are perfect and so comfortable. The material is very high end and looks amazing. The height of the boots were perfect for me and again, I have yet to find a pair of boots that fit this well!

Love the color and fit
Had to wait for this color to come back in stock. So pretty and goes with nearly everything. Boots have just enough extra padding inside to make very comfortable. Faux leather is slightly flexible for easy stride. Heel just the right height. It is hard to find a non-leather boot that looks and feels good. I love them and likely going back for a pair in brown.
