They smell so bad I returned them!
I cannot handle how chemically these smell. I wore them twice for about 2 hours each and had to shower to get the smell off of my body after the 2nd time because it make me ill. I expect that from $13 Ross jeans, but not $80 pants at Nordstrom.

Great fitting how’s jeans have worn this brand and style for years but have to return these only bc they have a chemical Strong odor! What is in the material that causes this odor ! My other two pair I have like this does not have this smell

Great Jeans, Awful Smell
What a shame Joe’s uses such terrible quality dyes on their products because the jeans are a fantastic fit. Super flattering but wow do they reek!!Sadly I had to return them because the smell was unbearable, both wearing and in my closet!

These Jeans smell!!
They smell like rocket fuel or firecrackers. A really bad strong smell. I haven't been able to wear them yet. I've washed them several times and gave them a good 7 hour soak. Had to take them out of my closet because I don't want my other clothes to catch the smell. It is really bad. I cannot be the only customer who purchased these jeans without hearing complaints about them. I asked the clerk at time of purchase to smell them and he said the smell would be washed out. Not correct.
