The Pencil Crop High Waist Slim Straight Leg Jeans

First of all, my package was not delivered to my house it actually ended up on my neighbor's porch. Second of all I received used heavily worn possibly even washed pants with the tags removed. I also previously purchased the size 31 and like the pants so much I wanted the 30 because I am losing weight. My 31 showed up perfect soft, thick black pants with all the tags. this size 30 is pilled used thin hard. I may have just went to platos closet and bought a used pair of jeans. The employee should not have accepted this return ever considering how used they are without the tags. wtf nordstrom this is supposed to be designer clothes, but your employees are accepting used worn clothing and then reselling them to people for $100.00. geez. horrible experience.
