Original Waterproof Rain Boot (Women)

I absolutely love these boots! They’re a Christmas gift for my daughter, and they’re perfect for her since she owns a lot of land and needs something durable for rainy days. The only disappointment was the packaging—the Hunter box arrived smashed, and the boots were tossed inside as if they came from a secondhand seller. I purchased some wrapping paper to make the gift presentable, but I was surprised because I’ve never received a package like that from Nordstrom before.

I’ve been eying Hunter boots for a while, but the full $200 price was always way too high, especially for my 8-year-old son who outgrows shoes every single year. Finding these for under $80 is an unbelievable value. He's currently a size 8.5, but I bought the 9M in Hunter Green so he'd have some room to grow into them. The best part is that he says they are "perfectly comfortable" right out of the box, which is a huge win. The quality is exactly what you'd expect from Hunter. They're a solid, heavy-duty rubber, not flimsy or cheap-feeling at all. We live in LA, so let's be honest, it hardly ever rains. He'll probably only use them a handful of times this season. But for this price, it's a fantastic deal for a boot this well-made. For the few rainy days we get, these are perfect. Highly recommended.
