Risk Taker Animal Print Straight Leg Jeans

Here’s the deal with these pants: They are comfortable, beautiful print, a true mid-rise, and run slightly small. I say slightly small because as of right now I am in between a 26/27. I bought these pants in a 28. If I had hips I would have to size up to a 29, but they would probably gap in the gap. These pants look great on. But you really have to have trial and error with these pants like much of free people clothes in general.

I thought a 28 (my usual size) and I could barely get them on and buttoned. They fit like they were at least one size too small. So I ordered the 29 because I love them and wanted them to work but the 29 fits like it’s two sizes too big? So I’m not sure I get the sizing for these because one is WAY tight and the other is so big it’s almost falling off

When I saw this print I flipped. I've been needing cow-print jeans literally my whole life, and here they were! I tried on my usual 29 in the store and grabbed a 30 too, just to compare. I could barely pull the 30 on, let alone button and zip them. I left, dejected but still they haunted me. So I put my pride on the shelf and went back a few days later for the 31. They fit, but they are snug but will give with wear. Having some stretch helps tremendously. Also, they are not high rise, but sit below the navel. There is quite a gape in the back that I may end up hanving altered. Still, I love them and I'm thrilled to have them!
