I bought this dress because I love the silhouette of flutter dresses. It is really pretty and looks like picture; however, it was slightly too large, especially in the chest area. Might have to buy it a size down or if you’re in between two sizes, choose the smaller one.

I wanted to love this so much. I’m a 16 and from the waist down this dress fit perfectly. The bust was so loose that my boobs were exposed. I can’t believe how loose the top is. It’s a no for me.
