Never received it

I am very disappointed since they had to cancel my order due to lost package and I have to wait for my refund before I put another other in.I don’t even know if this ring still available by the time I get my money back,I originally purchased this item with gift card and I don’t unsecured why they can’t just replace it.They keep apologizing me which it doesn’t do anything right now. Not even gave me discount code to accept apology since I didn’t do anything wrong Nordstrom should do better .I am sure ring is very beautiful just like other Effy products that I have many of them.
