Mismatched Pair
Very disappointed with the quality of this pair. The slippers look like they were put together from two different batches — one is noticeably darker and more fuzzy, while the other is lighter and smoother. The suede color, fur texture, and even the stitching/finish look different on each shoe. For a brand-new pair of UGGs, this feels inconsistent and poorly matched. I expected a much more uniform and polished pair for the price.

Not wide foot friendly
I like Ugg because their styles can be wide foot friendly. These are not. I felt like I was stuffing my foot into the shoe and the decorative strap sewn across the top doesn't leave any room for the top of the shoe to accommodate for more volume. However, it's a gorgeous shoe that looks more luxe in person.

Am happy.....
I have purchased UGG sneakers in the past. Usually have to go 1/2 size down on account of my instep. So was alittle worried the size 9 would not fit & there is no 1/2 size. Also low quantities at the time so was not able to try on in store. They fit great! (Size 9 -40). Love the color was a hard choice between the light or black. Went with light camel color. Best ever!
