Sejayda Wedge Heel Bootie (Women)

First, I loved this shoe when it arrived. Unfortunately it was way too big. I wear between an 8-8.5 and ordered an 8.5 and it’s about an inch too long for my foot. Returning, hoping I can exchange for an 8 or possibly a 7.5. These shoes look nice and are comfortable but the 8.5 was just too big.

The online order of this boot was fabulous and the item is just what I wanted however, the price significantly went down and I tried to return the boot in store and re-purchase it at the lowest price available online and I was told they can’t do that and that they would have to take my boots and put them on a 24 hour hold and then I would just be treated like anyone in the public trying to find the boot again in the store - absolutely ridiculous. So it’s five star for the boot and one star for Nordstrom’s unfriendly policy.
