Charlie Multifunction Bracelet Strap Watch, 45mm

The watch is beautiful but absolutely does not match the photos. Upon opening it it looks like a super dark blue or even black with a hint of blue. The only way it looks green is if you are in direct sunlight and even then it’s a dark green. It is not the Kelly Green shown in the photos. When I reached out to Nordstrom rack, customer service they offered to let me return it despite being a final sale and said that it would take 8 to 12 days to get back to them and then they would process the refund. I let them know that this is a gift for my father. I’m seeing this weekend and only see once a year so returning it was not really an option. When I asked if they could provide a partial refund for sending an item that does not match the photos or the description, they refused. Really poor customer service considering I’m spending $300 on a watch.
