Gross - sent a dirty, used shoe
Sent me a dirty shoe. It made the keep or return dilemma super easy. It was like they didnt even try to make it seem like it was new. I felt so grossed out opening the box and when I returned it in the store, the lady kept saying how disgusting it is to be sent a dirty, worn shoe.

This is a truly great Birkenstock with a wonderfully wrapped up vamp using velcro for convenience and ease. As it turns out, the Teal Green isn't a practical choice for me, but would recommend these great shoes to anyone.
