Arizona Big Buckle Slide Sandal (Women)

First of all, I was really turned off by the manner in which 2 pairs of sandals were sent: in torn boxes put inside plastic bags. How am I supposed to store shoes in these type of boxes? Secondly, both pairs had UNSIGHTLY stickers stuck on the leather thereby RUINING THE LEATHER as can be seen in the attached images. Why would they RUIN the leather on an otherwise fine shoe? Most every other seller will place such stickers on the SOLE not on the fine, expensive leather. I know some might argue that I can clean that with water and soap, but I shouldn't have to CLEAN what is supposed to be a brand new product. So these are going back. I am DISGUSTED by how Nordstrom is quickly CIRCLING THE DRAIN in its service and presentation of items. Yes, true, these were purchased at a discount, but doesn't mean I should have to accept a less than perfect product. DO BETTER, NORDSTROM.
