Missing one strap (sigh)

The quality is nice, the color not too crazy but it will serve good for a beach dress. It came with one strap missing, good thing I have enough time to reorder. Customer Service made a note to ensure that there will be 2 straps, if not I'll be returning the item. Also got an offer for a free pickup and free delivery for the hassle. :/

missing straps

Received my dress yesterday with no straps- same as many others who have reviewed. It’s a shame. It’s a beautiful dress but I’d like to have the security of straps. Returning.

So disappointed!

Received this dress and straps were off the dress. Couldn’t try it on to see the fit without the straps. I noticed several other customers complaining of the same problem. That’s too many complaints for this dress. No quality control. The dress is really pretty but without straps won’t work for me. I will be returning it.

Great but missing strap

Beautiful dress, TTS, but they clearly have some QC issues with the straps. I only received one, so I have to wear it strapless.
