Very well made, fitted on top, not much stretch

Love this dress, it's very well made and it's definitely fitted at the top. The way the tailoring is done on the top section makes it fit flat across the chest and doesn't flip over like other dresses of this style. I'm a size 34C and 27 jeans. I got size Small but it didn't have enough stretch to be comfortable.
