Polka Dot Midi Dress

I’m 5’7 and 130lb and ordered size small. I have had multiple Blu Pepper dresses that fit well around the chest but puff out around my stomach. I don’t think I could go down a size because of how it fits on my chest. If you have a relatively flat stomach this will not fit well around the waist.

I normally wear brands like reformation, lagence, veronica beard etc but can’t believe I found a dress this cute at under $40! I can’t speak to the long term wear as I haven’t washed it yet to see how it holds up (my guess is it wont last through too many washes) but at that price Im ok with that. The dress is flattering, stylish and feminine. Plus a fraction of what I normally pay. I found it to be true to size as I wear a 6 and the medium fit well. I plan on experimenting more with this brand in the future.

The dress does fit me (size Medium for this brand), and it's comfy and doesn't require a bra, so that's great. I love that it's cotton. Unfortunately, the way it's cut is not ideal for my shape and it makes my butt look huge, but not in a flattering way. Difficult to explain, but I happily wear it around the house in summer anyway.
