Better looking in person!!
I really can’t believe all these negative reviews! I bought this for my mother and she absolutely loves it!! She does prefer the necklace to be longer so I’ll be getting her an extension but in the meantime I’m wearing it and I cannot tell you the MANY compliments I have received! Yes the stone is small BUT it sure does get a lot of attention! I have it on the shortest it can go and I love the way it looks. (See pictures). Honestly it is not meant to be worn too long anyway. Very dainty and I think it stands out for sure!. The design and quality are incredible and the stone has weight that’s for sure! Very well made! I can’t believe I got it for this price too!! I ended up getting one for myself…only thing is I wasn’t able to get my birth stone so I got my husbands instead. LOVE IT!!! And LOVE the designer!

Disappointed when opened!!
I understood that necklace itself was dainty, and that the stone was small. The disappointment came in when I opened it. It was not in a box. It was in a small silk pouch, and when I pulled it out, there was some protective film around the stone itself, but the chain was just loose and it had multiple knots in it that I had to pull out. Very frustrating especially that it would come that way, especially when it is a final sale item. I did call the Customer Service number for Nordstrom. They were very kind and listened to me and I was told I wasn’t the first one that called with that complaint. She said she would pass my complaint onto the distributor where it was shipped from. Hopefully someone will make some changes in their shipping department.
