When Nordstroom dissapoints
This purchase made me realized I am not shopping Nordstroom online anymore, ever. Ordered S size. Received L and without any tags! None!!! That made it very hard to return. 2 clerks and 1 manager said I cant return it because ethereal very no tags as if its my fault Nordstroom sent it to me this way. Thank God there was another manager who knew how to do it. So disappointed, I though Nordstroom meant quality but I guess no more. Not only they sent me the wrong size but they sent me apparently worn item without tags. How can it even happen? Well, I dont want it to happen to me again so no more Nordstroom online since they cant guarantee that their employees pay any attention to whats being mailed out to the customer.
