Cute but unusable
2 stars because I like the bag a lot. So glad I was wearing my house kaftan and not my new dress. Snagged fabric at least three times within two minutes of opening the box. I read another review that said this, but I didn't understand. Buyer beware!

Wanted to love it
I was so excited when I saw this bag go on markdown. After receiving it, I’m rather disappointed. The way the bag is constructed causes the gem fixtures to snag on delicate fabric which makes it impossible to carry close to the body. What pushed it over the edge for me is that Nordstrom is charging $168 for this bag when the literal price tag says $148.
It’s a cute bag in theory but not practical given the snagging effect. Also the way the bag snaps open and shut feels like the mechanism will eventually break. Overall it feels pretty cheaply made. I’d keep it if it was like $40, but $100+ is nuts.
