Size XL = size 8 -10
This top is very cute and well made. However, it does not just run small. It is not even close. This would be a medium in any other brand. I wear large and extra large depending on the brand. This was crazy pants small.

Cute top, nice material but absolutely no stretch. I wear between a small and medium , I ordered a medium and could or get that shirt past my head. My boobs would not fit anywhere! I would have had to go up about 2 sizes for them to and at that point it would just probably look ridiculous. Unless you are very petite on top just skip this.

Not Great
Love the material. Love the lines of this blouse. But whoa it’s cut very very tight under the bust. I did that thing where you really want to try it on, so you force it, and then get stuck trying to wrestle it back over your shoulders to get it off. I would consider sizing up but the vee is too low on me as it is
