Zinfandel Sandal (Women)

The wide width was not available; and sadly the medium width did not come close to fitting. I do have slightly wide feet (toe box), but other styles have fit very comfortably in medium width, with Wide being too loose. I’m usually a 6.5, but 6 in these were long. The Navy was not as dark as picture, closer to royal blue in my opinion. Overall, a big miss for me, and unfortunately can’t return due to sale/promo. I won’t take chances again with this brand.

I purchased this sandal for an upcoming wedding event. I'd purchased another similar style from another brand before I saw this and held off purchasing for a long time. I'm generally not a fan of squarish toes and wanted a bit lower heel but when I put these on it was love at first look, flattering and decently comfy. I do wish there was a bit more padding for the ball of the foot, the metatarsal support helps a lot but a bit more undertoe padding would have been nice. For me, I think the heel could have been just a bit more forward to make walking feel a bit more comfortable, but that is a minor issue. The four star rating is because of my personal issues with those areas. I know this will be a wonderful addition to my growing collection of Vionic shoes and is for me, truly a perfect dress up sandal for special occasions. I purchased the sand color suede, a perfect neutral for my skin tone.
