Snug as a bug in a rug
I sized up from my usual size 9. The boots are very tight across the instep and are not that adjustable. It's tight or tighter. Returned.

Super Cute Bootie
I love, love, love this bootie. Wore it for almost a full day right out of the box. Holds feet well with a good arch. A little stiff around the ankle opening but with higher socks there's no issue. Wish it came in more suede colors.
