23Walk Loafer (Women)

Unlike your other loafers, these have a back, inside seam, that is unfinished and it rubs the back of my heal. In the attached photos, the pink loafer is similar loafer that u sell, with perfectly smooth seam. The gray loafer is the 23Walk Loafer and it shows a cut-off seam that is not tucked in and smooth. That small difference makes a big difference in comfort when you are wearing them the whole day. Can you, please fix that. Otherwise, the shoe is very nice. It runs larger but I was able to get half a size smaller, and I like that more than if the shoe ran smaller.
