Dream Rhinestone High Top Sneaker (Women)

I feel that I would have been very satisfied with my purchase, had i received what I ordered and with saying that, I might been satisfied with return process if it would’ve been processed in a quicker time. These were ordered as a Christmas present and money taken from my account as soon as i completed purchase. Eight days out I received wrong item and was told it would take 10-14 days to process once they received returned item then 5-7 for money to be returned. If i returned in store same 5-7 days!! Mistakes happen but my live chat person said well return them to store if you want quicker processing time! First of all, i ordered online for the convenience and secondly because nearest store is over an hour away, it wasn’t convenient and not in my plans. Anyways shoes i actually ordered were no longer available and I’m sure the guy the Hokas were intended for, wasnt any happier than me when he got Vintage Havanahs for women!
