Heel broke after 3 wears
I walk about 5 blocks into the office everyday and wear heels everyday. I wore them three times and on the third wear I was in the office and realized my balance felt off. I looked at the bottom of my heel and the heel tip had come off.
Going into the store to try to return them because they were $160.

horrible zippers
Those are so disappointing. I spent 20 minutes trying to take them off because the zippers were stuck. It’s very difficult to zip them up too.
