Ribbed Cotton Pullover

I received my package today, and when I opened it, I was deeply disappointed. The item I received was clearly used, dirty, covered in lint and hair, and looked completely worn out. I cannot understand how such a damaged item could be sent to a customer. I am very upset and will contact customer service tomorrow to request a refund. I am a very conscientious customer. When I shop at Nordstrom, I even make sure not to wear perfume or body cream so that I don’t leave any scent or marks on the clothes while trying them on. I always treat merchandise with respect. It is very sad that some people return worn items without any sense of responsibility, and even sadder that these items are sent to other customers. This experience was extremely disappointing.
