Love these pants
These pants are great. Fit perfectly and the material is very nice and soft. Only thing is, I am only 5'1" and the pants come to my ankle, not short like on the model, but I am happy with the length . The pants are a little more than I usually spend but I tried them on in the store and fell in love with them and definitely worth the price!

Loveley Pants/Terible Customer Service
These pants are absolutely perfect. The color is a warm, the fit is perfection. However, I opened the package and was hit with an odor, the kind thrift shops use to disinfect clothing. Which begs the question, why did these need to be sprayed? The other thing is they arrived with the anti theft tag still attached. So, now I have to drive an hour and a half to Nordstrom to have it removed. Customer service has really gone downhill. I bought them on clearance for $44, I got a great deal. But the price is inconvenience. I’d like to say this is an isolated incident, but it’s not. I’ve recently received items that were clearly worn, a sheer mesh dress missing the under slip and a pair of shoes that were dirty and scuffed. What gives, Nordstrom?
