Seam split, out $200
Purchased October 2025, wore a few times and washed according to directions. December 2025 noticed the seam near the waist was totally split (of course right after wearing them around in public). Brought to store to ask about the policy; manager said because tags were off and pants had been worn, they couldn't be sure it was their fault and couldn't provide any refund or store credit. So, purchase with caution. Normally I love this brand and haven't had any issues until now - the material of these pants doesn't seem that sturdy so I suspect that's the issue.
