Great for work
You can rely on Theory for great workwear; this blazer is a workhorse. The fit and material is great (at 5'3), IMO better than VB or L'Agence which I think are made for taller women.

Sleeves too long
Ordered 6, DEEP NAVY. I'm usually 6P for blazers with AT. Shoulder width is good, but upper arms under shoulder are tight. Bottom of the blazer hits mid hip, which is good. Very tight if button but ok unbuttoned. Matching pants are kind of low rise (below bellybutton) and I prefer high rise. Size 10 is good for my waist and thighs. Always super long and needs hemming. Given the real button holes and tight upper arms, I imagine alternation would be expensive or even not feasible. Will return."
