I received it without tags and a few very visible stains on it. It is very clear that it is used and dirty. I have not even tried on. This was not expected. I have been a member for a while and I am not expecting such service.

Not Worth It
I received the top without any product tags, UPC, Nordstrom Rack labels or anything stating that I purchased it from a retail store. The top arrived in a plastic bag labeled with an "M" on the bag and the top smelled of chemicals!
