Nordstrom rack ships used/returned items
I usually always shop in store, but this time I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went online. The order shipped extremely fast but when they arrived, they’d have clearly been used, worn or retuned. There are multiple scuff marks on both shoes. I paid almost $100 for what looks like used shoes. They also didn’t come with a box, these were supposed to be a gift. I will be returning these. Extremely disappointed and won’t be buying anything online from Nordstrom rack anymore.
