Nice Boots but Poor Packaging

Vince is one of my favorite brands. However, I’m a little disappointed that the sole seems to be man-made rather than leather. Moreover, these boots arrived in a shoe box, folded over without any packing material to maintain their shape, and with a generic Rack dust bag. I’ve never been so disappointed with Nordstrom. .
