inconsistent sizing across colors

I bought both colors in the store, love the style and construction. That said, I tried on 3 black ones and 2 green ones. The black ones were all better than an inch smaller in the waist and hips then the green ones. All of them. Annoying, but usable. Would like to see offered in gray and brown also.
