Damaged
I was so excited to receive these beauties, to only be disappointed. First of all the shoes were delivered in a Donald Plummer shoe box. Upon opening the box the shoes were worn, and damaged on the heels. The screw on the inside of the heels were exposed. What happened to quality control? Who pulled these shoes off the shelf and placed them in a random box and didn’t notice these shoes were damaged? Of course they are no longer available in my size, all I could do was return them to my local store. Do better Nordstrom Rack!
