I purchased the 13pc Viking pans and followed the instructions. I used the 8qt pan on a medium flame and the bottom burnt. I called Nordstrom and was transferred a few times, but finally got to a very nice rep who did help me and said I should contact Viking. I called Viking and sent them a picture of the bottom of the pan and was told this was not covered. I should buy a stainless steel cleaner. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me as well as including me in on a few other customers emails. I will never buy another Viking product again!
