received in used and dirty condition
These sunglasses were purchased on September 15 and returned because they were dirty, had sand in them, and the outer box was also dirty. This was completely unacceptable. I immediately took pictures and shared them with the return request. I also called customer support the same moment and shared my experience. It’s November 6th today, and I’ve made numerous calls for my refund, but I haven’t received it yet. They have the item for over a month and have confirmed that they have received it, but I’m not sure why they’re not processing my refund.
