Vesper Knee High Boot (Women)

This is nothing against the boot itself, but on Nordstrom’s failure to package the item appropriately. The boots arrived with no stuffing, no shaft support, not even a single piece of tissue in the box. They were crumpled together at one end of the box and scuffed all over from bumping around in transit. For $300 I would expect much better. After a lengthy call with customer service I was able to secure a minimal damage discount since they no longer had a replacement in stock.
