size down .5 and they are perfect
I bought these in black and tan and love them. In most brands I wear 8.5, but like some other designer brands, I size down to an 8 in VB shoes. These are perfect. They are timeless and for heels they are pretty comfortable for all day office wear.

Wanted to love these shoes
I read the reviews on this shoe that said the ankle strap was too loose but thought my regular size would be fine. The other reviews are true, the strap is too loose and you can't wear these shoes. I wonder if sizing down would help but I don't like them enough to try again. Disappointed.
