False advertising
The item shows photos of the cute sunglasses AND a photo of a case...which i DID NOT receive. This is extremely frustrating to see such a company false advertise. I called the customer service center and they couldn't say anything besides sorry. Where is the case that appears to come with the product? There is no statement stating case not included. Poor service and no integrity. I bet if I received a case and wanted to return the item and didn't bring the case, they would have a hissy fit. Do right by your customers. There is a review showing they received the case. Where is mine? Smh. No duster bag, cleaning cloth, not even their brand case...nothing besides a ziploc baggie. Do better!

a glasses case is missing
Good quality but It didn’t come with a glasses case; they just sent it in a simple pouch. This was really disappointing. It shakes my trust in Nordstrom.
