False advertising
The item shows photos of the cute sunglasses AND a photo of a case...which i DID NOT receive. This is extremely frustrating to see such a company false advertise. I called the customer service center and they couldn't say anything besides sorry. Where is the case that appears to come with the product? There is no statement stating case not included. Poor service and no integrity. I bet if I received a case and wanted to return the item and didn't bring the case, they would have a hissy fit. Do right by your customers. There is a review showing they received the case. Where is mine? Smh. No duster bag, cleaning cloth, not even their brand case...nothing besides a ziploc baggie. Do better!

Worst Experience Ever at Nordstrom
Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered the same pair of glasses three different times from Nordstrom, and all three times I had to return the order. Twice, the package arrived at my home with only the case and no glasses inside. To avoid the issue, I placed the order for in-store pickup, and at the store I was handed $200 glasses inside a simple Ziploc bag, which was completely unacceptable. I returned the order again and reordered for a third time, and once again the package arrived with only the case and no glasses.
This shows a serious lack of quality control and care. Very disappointing experience from a store I expected much better from.
