49mm Cat Eye Sunglasses

I have been eyeing these sunglasses for a while. I already have Valentino V-Goldcut Cat Eye I. So, I thought adding the II version to my collection would be top tier fashion.. well upon arrival, they were in the shipping box with two boxes of Uggs slippers. The sunglasses were NOT protected at all. They were wrapped in paper only. No original Valentino box or case like my first pair. I don’t care if the glasses are deeply discounted. The pictures and description both show/state that a case and box should be included. My last pair had those items.. why not this pair?? The price is the same! The rep that I spoke with told me to return this pair and order a new pair.. so I did! To my surprise the replacement pair came without a case and box as well. If that is a possibility it should be stated! Now, I’m being told to return these and order a new pair to see if the third time is a charm.. are they kidding me??? Nordstrom Rack… you know what?? I can’t even say what I really want to say in this review! Send me the box and case for these sunglasses or offer an adjustment of some sort!! It’s ridiculous to treat customers this way! And, I still haven’t received my refund from the first pair of sunglasses! Smh.. I’m so disappointed, Nordstrom Rack!! Now, I’m being told that a submission has been made to the “Feedback Dept” and they might call me back.. WOW..
