The best lash primer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many different lash primers and keep coming back to Subversion by Urban Decay. It does a much better job than the more expensive primers.

Not for me
This primer is just way too thick and clumpy coming out of the tube (making it hard to apply). It weighs down my lashes and makes my waterproof mascara run/smudge.

Not for me

no other mascara primer worth trying or using
Urban Decay Subversion is the best. It doesn’t dry crunchy so applying your black mascara on top isn’t an issue. I love Subversion with Thrive Causemetics Mascara on top 👍🏻

Lash Primer
I always wanted to get this primer for my eyelashes to be longer because I don't have any lashes. I love Urban Decay and all of there products. I really don't use mascara because I don't think it works for me but now I'm going to try this first and put the mascara on top.

big bushy brush
I tried this out and it is much different than my usual Tarte primer. The brush is large, and i'm not a fan of all the bushy bristles. The formula is also pretty thick, and I find it hard to get onto my lashes; i have to swipe a bunch of times to get coverage on my lashes. The formula seems too heavy, as my lashes don't stay curled with mascara. I wasn't a fan, but maybe if you have curly lashes, this would work better.

Love this!
I love this lash primer! I’ve been using this now over a year and for my lashes it lengthens and thickens them, so when I coat with regular mascara, it goes on evenly and I only need one coat with no smudges. This worked so much better than two other brands I’ve used in the past.
