Nordstrom Charge Card issue
My experience was fine. I was at the Ontario Mills mall, at check out they could not find my account. I had to pay with my bank cad. What was interesting was that I purchased other items at the Upland store the week before and they were able to find my account. Both times I did not have my Nordstrom charge card. I had proper ID both times Upland found it and Ontario did not.
