Tazzlita Genuine Shearling Trim Platform Slipper (Women)

The chestnut tazzlita is so adorable. I’m a size 9 but usually get my Uggs in 10 so I have enough room because I wear socks with my Uggs. I purchased a size 9 because some of the reviews were saying the bigger sizes looked like clown shoes but I didn’t feel that the size 9 did. I was surprised how the Uggs came packed, there was no wrapping and no inserts to hold the shape just the Uggs in the Ugg box. At first I thought maybe they were fake but they seem to be the real deal just wondering why Nordstrom rack shipped them without the Ugg logo wrapping. I thought maybe they were used or a return but they were in great condition. Other than that shipping was super fast. I am overall satisfied with this purchase.

Ordered the Camel in my regular UGG size 9. Fit perfect; the heel is loose when I walk in them but that's not a big deal to me. I do not wear socks with any of my UGGS. Have Tasman, lots of Tazz, and now the Tazzlitta. 1st saw them on an interview Kelsi Ballerini did with Alex Cooper and wanted them right away, eventually buying them here much later.

I received a pair of UGG boots that were clearly used and worn, which is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new. The boots arrived without the original shoe box, placed only in a dust bag. Upon inspection, the boots were discolored, and the sole and heel area show visible wear and breakdown, confirming prior use. I immediately contacted Customer Service to report this issue. While I received a verbal apology, no compensation, resolution, or accountability was offered for delivering a used product to a paying customer. Simply saying “sorry” does not address the severity of this error. This is not a minor packaging oversight — it is a quality control failure and a breach of customer trust. Nordstrom’s reputation is built on premium service and standards, and this experience falls significantly below what is expected. At this point, I am requesting: • Immediate acknowledgment that a used product was sent in error • Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor handling • Confirmation of how this issue will be prevented moving forward Receiving worn merchandise without proper packaging — and without meaningful resolution — is extremely disappointing. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally.
