beware
Boots arrived without a UGG box. Customer service said bc the box was damaged. Huh. How about send me boots with a box instead of in plastic. These were for a gift and they were still expensive even thur the rack! What a joke Nordstrom

WHERE'S THE BOX?!!
1st - love these boots! I'm considering a second pair.
2nd - What happened to the boxes??!! I ordered 2 other pairs of Uggs to give as gifts. I ordered online for pick up in store. Three pairs ordered total .. NONE of them came with boxes!! I mean, really??? I returned the 2 pairs I purchased as gifts! How do you give these without the UGG box? How CHEAP! Get it together Nordstrom! Ridiculous! People want the boxes!

Personally, I don't think these are real. I bought 2 pair, and they just did not fit or look like real Uggs. The colors are nice but the part that is supposed to be leather felt like pleather.

These boots were not my style. You cannot return at the store you must return at USPS for $9.95. The clerk at the store told me that the boots were already returned so I left the store and called customer care and they told me that the boots needed to be taken to USPS.. Just FYI

Love the look but they are too big do I am exchanging them. It’s been so long since I’ve bought a pair and I can’t remember if I size up or down (I wear 8.5). I sized up and my heel slides out do I will return the 9s and get an 8. I love all my Uggs but they don’t last forever. Love the newer styles and grateful for this sale!
