Absolutely enormous on me. I would've sized down, but I almost wonder if I would've needed to size down twice. I realize it's a loose, flowy style, but this was a lot more width.

This was a miss
I found this ran TTS for the fit depicted in the photo. I had high hopes but it just made me look pregnant. The quality was nice for the sale price point & the ivory color was pretty (not see thru). I think this would work better for someone with a smaller bustline. I think anyone over a B cup should skip this.

Boxy with a heavy neckline
As another reviewer mentioned, I agree that the shirring on the neckline feels heavy. If the shirt looked good on me otherwise, I think I could have looked past that, but this shirt just made me look like a box. I was hoping that the sweetheart shaped contour of the shirring would reduce that, but all of the loose fabric hung straight down from my chest, and the shirt was too short to tuck into pants. As for sizing, I ordered a small and medium, and the medium fit great. I'm 5'6", 135 lbs, 37" bust, 34D bra, 29.5" waist.

Heavy weighty blouse
Very cute, true to size. I am 5'7", 155 lbs and the medium fit well. The lining around the neck, the piping, is so heavy. I felt like I was wearing something around neck to hold up the blouse. I can't articulate it, but I found it uncomfortable and heavy.
