NEVER RECEIVED IT
Apparently Nordstrom now uses a courier that drives their own personal vehicles. My item was never delivered. They took someone else's package to my mother's home. Clearly it's not a shoe box. My mom gave the driver back the package after she identified it had someone else's name and address on it and Nordstrom couldn't offer up any kind of explanation. Just a we'll refund you and you can offer again if you like.

Go one size up - Amazing looking boot and feel.
Great looking boot, but very narrow. Bought a 10, had to go up to 10.5. Amazing looking dress shoe though. Very comfortable but just one size up.
