Nordstrom Fail
Very disappointed. I was shipped a shirt that somebody wore, got chocolate on it. The return dept dropped the ball by shipping me a used shirt that I gave as a gift, not knowing. Now, jumping thru hoops to reorder, return, and replace a gift.
