Emerald Shawl Collar One Button Velvet Suit Separate Sport Coat

I see this jacket online. It’s perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday celebration. She’s wearing this beautiful green dress and this will complement her perfectly. The website says the jacket is in stock at my local store. I go in and grab the jacket from the rack seeing 46R on the sleeve and go to the dressing room to try it on. It’s way too tight. I can barely get the thing over my shoulders. Have I really gained this much weight? What’s going on? I look at the tag on the sleeve. 46R. I try again. No go. I look at the garnet tag on the inside pocket. 42R. Ah. It’s mistagged. Got it. No worries. I take it to the dressing room attendant and tell her that it’s mistagged and show her the sleeve price tag doesn’t match the garment tag on the inside pocket. I go home and order the jacket in the correct size online. Three weeks later, I get a jacket. I notice it’s sent from my local store. Ain’t no way. If they had another jacket in the correct size, why didn’t I see it when I was in the store? Maybe they ordered the right size for me. No way they sent me that same mistagged jacket. Right? Of course they did. Unless there is a huge problem with mistagged jackets in size 46R being labeled 42R, it was the same darn jacket I handed to the dressing room attendant. I took it back for a full refund. Super simple. They have the right size if I want to take a 100-mile round trip to another store because they can’t be bothered to ship it to me with express shipping even if I pay for it. A waste of my time and the store’s resources. And I was without a jacket that I needed for a special occasion. Super frustrating to say the least. And why does it take so long to ship an item, especially if it’s coming from my local store? And why don’t they do express shipping?
