perfect mini skirt
This is the mini I’ve been looking for! I love how it hangs, not out, but down with the fun subtle flare. The length is great, 17 1/2” for the small. I’m 5’4” and it hit about mid-thigh. Perfect for dressing up and down. The fabric is on the heavier side so more of a fall/winter item for me.
