Awkward fit and uncomfortable
These shoes have all of the appearance of comfort with arch support and removable inserts. Unfortunately, they are not at all comfortable. They were stiff and difficult to put on. They felt like concrete. The insoles are not at all cushioned. This is the third time recently that I’ve tried this brand with hopes for comfort and I have struck out. Seems like a very inconsistent product line.

Comfort and cute
These have terrific arch support with removable insole. I have foot issues and can walk all day in them! Not too narrow at toe box. Slip on easily with a heel rage to pull on if necessary. I am normally between a size 8.5 and 9 depending on the shoes. I can wear an 8.5 in these most comfortably.
